Refund Eligibility Terms

All auto parts sold through Moses Auto Supply Co. have a parts-replacement warranty. We do not offer cash refunds on unwanted, unused, or incorrectly ordered parts. If a part has a defect, we will issue a replacement part of equal quality.

Parts must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date for exchange or return considerations. Beyond 30 days from delivery, returned items will not be accepted. Returned parts are subject to a 35% restocking fee. Body panels that have been cut-to-order are not returnable under any circumstances.

RMA and Return Shipments

Any return must be pre-approved. You must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning items. No returns will be processed or accepted without a valid, written RMA form.

Returning the part is the customer's responsibility. The customer agrees to pay return freight charges and provide a tracking number to our support agents within 7 business days of RMA issuance. Once the part is returned to our facility, we will inspect the identifying markers. If approved, we will issue the replacement part.

Core Deposits

No core returns will be accepted or refunded after 30 days from the invoice date. The core charge refund will only be processed if the old core is returned complete and drained of all oils/fluids within the 30-day window.
