Warranty Policy

Standard Warranty Coverage

All auto parts stocked by Moses Auto Supply Co. have a 90-day replacement parts warranty from the day of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the invoice.

This is a **PARTS-REPLACEMENT WARRANTY ONLY**. We do not issue cash refunds, store credits, or product exchanges for different items. If a part fails during the warranty period, we will inspect the returned part and send a replacement.

IMPORTANT: Moses Auto Supply Co. is NOT responsible for any LABOR costs, diagnostic fees, rental car fees, towing charges, down-time, or ancillary expenses involved in removing or installing parts.

Warranty Limitations & Voiding

• Mechanical and electrical parts are only warranted when installed by an ASE certified technician. Installation by unlicensed individuals voids all warranties.
• You must get prior approval from Moses Auto Supply Co. before removing an intake manifold, head gasket, or opening an engine block; otherwise, the warranty is void.
• Any parts modified, dismantled, overheated, or run low on oil/fluids will not be warranted.
• Warranty is NOT transferable to any other party or subsequent vehicle owner.
• All of Moses Auto Supply Co.'s identifying marks, handwritten marker stamps, and warranty seal stickers must remain on any part returned for warranty replacement. Removal of these markings voids the warranty.

Airbag Exclusions

Moses Auto Supply Co. is not responsible for any and all airbag parts sold, including computers, sensors, clocksprings, wiring harness lines, electrical elements, and all modules. The buyer assumes all liability for non-deployment, malfunction, or accidental deployment of airbag components.
