1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, placing phone orders, or purchasing auto parts from Moses Auto Supply Co., you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our policies. Please review these terms carefully before placing an order.

2. Part Interchange & Customer Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to verify part compatibility and interchange. We encourage consulting with our support specialists and providing a valid vehicle identification number (VIN) to check fitment parameters.

Inspection of body panel color, condition, and interchange configuration by reviewing photos or checking via email/phone is the sole responsibility of the customer prior to purchase.

3. Sales Tax

Residents of the State of California, Colorado, and other states as required by law will pay sales tax on all purchases unless a valid tax-exempt resale certificate is submitted and verified before order placement. If you are unaware of the current sales tax rate, please contact our billing department.

4. Shipping to Special Addresses

If you request shipment to a PO Box, APO, FPO, or other non-standard mailing address, you must contact our sales team directly prior to purchase to arrange special logistics. Shipping rates may vary.

5. Identification and Marker Markings

All auto parts shipped by Moses Auto Supply Co. have hand-written, marker-based identification numbers and custom stamps on them. These marks must remain intact on any returned parts. Removal or alteration of these identifiers voids all warranty and return privileges.
